  1. You can find loads of IP addresses and ports for live streaming
  2. on the ShoutCast web site located at:

  6. Place the mouse pointer over the TuneIt buttons and read the
  7. station address:port in your browser's info bar. Or click on
  8. TuneIt to download a text playlist and open it with a text
  9. reader to read the address:port values.

  11. You need to copy these addresses just once per station as iRec
  12. saves each new station info into an editable database for further
  13. references.

  15. Start with a low bandwith station (24kbps is fine) to make sure
  16. everything is tuned for iRec to work on your system. Then, feel
  17. free to connect to higher bandwidth stations, depending on the
  18. speed of your Internet connection.
